Slightly vegetal nose with red berry and also a little yellow fruity notes as well as yeasty traces. Not completely dry fruit with nutty, smoky and light woody notes, some acid bite and moderate tannin, a touch of carbonic acid, some persistence, citrus tones in the background, a little chalk and salt, good to very good finish with herbal and peppery nuances.
