Quite firm, somewhat herbal-planty, nutty and slightly peppery-spicy aroma with citrus aromas, a little kumquat, unripe peach and floral nuances as well as clear minerality, especially with air. Ripe, firm, tart-juicy fruit, nutty, dried herbal and very slightly bacony aromas, quite lively acidity, a little sandy and drying tannin, which integrates very well with air, very slightly sweet melting, certain power, good persistence, a hint of juniper in the background, very good finish with juice, grip and spice as well as quite distinct minerality.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
