Relatively cool, somewhat floral, herbal and hints of bacon aroma of bright, partly candied yellow fruits with a hint of fennel and caraway. Soft, sweet fruit with some blackberry nuances, very fine, lively acidity, delicate tannin, good persistence, lemon verbena and some mushrooms in the background, a hint of salt in the very good finish.
