2020 Südsteiermark DAC Kitzeck-Sausal Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Relatively bright, still somewhat nutty and yeasty, delicately floral and slightly smoky nose of yellow fruits with slightly vegetal and herbal nuances. Young, rather tightly knit, bright fruit with a hint of candy and slightly ethereal notes, lively acidity, hints of black berries and nutmeg, somewhat moderate tannin, good persistence, a certain depth, a hint of grapefruit and mint as well as some chalky minerality in the very good finish
