Earthy, light nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, floral traces, hint of bacon. Bone dry fruit on the palate, some more light traces of bacon, earthy and mineral notes, dried vegetal, floral and nutty notes, has grip and bite, good to very good tart, minerally finish.
