Translate to English Kühler, herber, deutlich vegetabiler und etwas erdig-mineralischer Duft mit getrocknet-kräuterigen Noten, einer Spur Kapern und gelbfruchtigen Nuancen. Recht saftige, trockene Frucht mit viel pflanzlicher Würze, etwas erdig bis mineralisch, feine, lebendige Säure, ein wenig sandiger Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zarter Schmelz, sehr guter, saftiger Abgang. Entweder hatte die Erste Probe einen Fehler, oder der Wein hat sich sehr zu seinem Vorteil entwickelt.

Editor note: Translate to English Etwas gedeckter, leicht getreidig-nussiger Duft mit vegetabilen, etwas gelb- und grünfruchtigen sowie ganz leicht floralen Tönen. Auch im Mund gedeckt, nussig und getreidig, relativ weiche Frucht, passende Säure, leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, nicht sehr tief, etwas indifferent, zart schmelzig, passabler bis ordentlicher, wiederum antrocknender Abgang.
