Translate to English Pflanzlich-würziger und zart nussiger, auch einen Hauch speckiger Duft mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen sowie deutlich vegetabilen Tönen. Feinsaftige Frucht mit herber Würze, zart nussige und rauchig-speckige Töne, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, zarter Schmelz und Griff, im Hintergrund erdig-vegetabil und leicht mineralisch, ein wenig schwarze Beeren im Hintergrund, noch unentwickelt, recht guter, nur leicht rauer Abgang.
