Translate to English Kühler, kräuteriger, zart pfeffriger und hefiger Duft mit weiß- und grünbeerigen sowie mineralischen Noten. Herb-saftige, klare, helle Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche, an Paprika und auch ein wenig Wurzelgemüse erinnernde Töne, lebendige, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ins Kreidige gehende Töne, ganz leicht nussige Aromen, gewisser Schmelz, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Schmelz und Würze.
