Relatively cool, distinctly floral, somewhat nutty and finely vegetal nose, yellow fruit with a hint of redcurrants and wild herbs. Rather bright, delicately sweetish fruit with nuances reminiscent of lime and grapefruit, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, some persistence, sea salt in the background, hints of lavender, cool vegetal notes on a good to very good, somewhat lemony finish with a clear cinnamon aftertaste.
