Quite clearly yeasty and delicately herbal to floral nose with calm yellow fruity aromas. Tart, reserved fruit, again yeasty aromas and vegetable tones, very slightly spicy on the palate, fine acidity and touch of crumbly tannins, certain persistence, spicy traces, some minerality, good to very good finish
