Clearly yeasty, somewhat yellow-spicy and also slightly vegetal nose with delicate smoky reduction tones and yellow-fruity nuances. Slim and tart in the mouth, present acidity, yeasty and vegetable notes, some persistence, a lot of bite, quite clear minerality, good to very good finish
