Translate to English Klare, eher kühle, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit gelbfruchtigen und ganz zart pfeffrigen Noten. Geradlinige, etwas saftige Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen und leicht mineralischen Noten, einen Hauch metallisch am Gaumen, feine, recht lebendige Säure, etwas erdig und angedeutet mineralisch, leichter Gerbstoff, eine Spur Wärme, recht guter, nur ein wenig trocknender Abgang.
