Im Mund geradlinige, fein würzige gelbe Frucht, nussige und deutlich vegetabile Noten, erdige Mineralik, recht lebendige Säure, hat gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Schmelz, karamellige Töne, wärmender Alkohol, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
