Im Mund herbe gelbe Frucht, vegetabile und erdige Töne, Aromen von Heilkräutern und Marzipan, zart holzige Anklänge, relativ präsente Säure, deutliche Mineralik, hat Kraft, viel Schmelz und gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig schärfend-medizinal am Gaumen, guter, süßlich-schmelziger Abgang.
