Nutty, yeasty and slightly smoky aroma with pome fruit and citrus notes as well as floral traces. Nutty and pome fruit on the palate, yeasty flavours, hints of smoke, fine, slightly creamy mousse, a certain melting texture and moderate dosage sweetness on the palate, certain persistence, good to very good, fruity and nutty finish with some vegetal and again yeasty spice.
