Very elegant, yeasty and spicy aromas, ripe apples, melons, pineapples and some apricots, with a touch of minerals. Very juicy and at the same time completely dry fruit, tightly structured and exceptionally pure, very elegant and complex spicy notes, aromas of honey, excellent mousse, full-bodied and persistent on the palate, oak and vanilla in the background, lots of candied fruit on a long finish. A truly exceptional sparkling wine (Sekt).
