Fine vegetal and yeasty nose of pome fruit, some mushrooms, citrus zest and hints of red berries with nutty tones. Quite juicy, not completely dry fruit, medium-fine perlage, some bite and light tannic grip, nutty, floral and red berry tones, hints of smoke, some persistence, good to very good finish with salty nuances.
