Cool, slightly fresh-plant-like to delicate herbal citrus nose with some peach and peach skin as well as floral traces. Slim, cool, finely juicy fruit with moderate sweetness and fine, lively acidity, delicate grip on the palate, yeasty nuances, distinct minerality, peppery hints, and a touch of plant sharpness, good sustainability, good to very good finish with bite and red berry traces.
