Cool, bright citrus nose with vegetal to slightly ethereal-herbal notes, hints of wasabi and a little peach. Cool, tart and bright on the palate, restrained, very dry fruit, vegetal to herbaceous notes and yeasty nuances, some lime and grapefruit, certain persistence, mineral notes, not too deep, fine-juicy, again bright and rather cool finish.
