Firm, cool and quite deep, clearly floral aroma with noble yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of dark fruits, some yeast as well as oily-herbal and floral nuances. Bone-dry, restrained, bright fruit, yeasty and almost a little pistachio-like nutty tones, fine, quite lively acidity, grip of still very lightly covering tannin, persistent on the palate, clear, tart minerality, still young and little developed, lime tones in the background, a hint of coriander and allspice, very good, firm, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
