Clearly yeasty, somewhat nutty and slightly floral pome fruit and citrus scent with some peach and black berry traces. Cool, tart, rather slender, light-coloured fruit, very fine mousse, vegetal to herbaceous tones, a little lime on the palate, persistent, lively acidity, certain minerality in the background, very good, cool finish with a lot of tension.
