2019 Hattenheim Hassel Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Slightly developed, slightly petrol-like aroma of ripe, partly candied citrus fruits and stone fruits with blackberry aromas, a hint of rock candy, ethereal-herbal spiciness, minerality, pepper and a hint of butter. Quite firm, slightly sweet fruit reminiscent of passion fruit with tart dried-vegetable to tobacco, somewhat herbal and wilt-floral nuances, noticeable tannin that still covers a little, fine acidity, lasting, good substance and certain depth, clear tart minerality, also a slight phenolic grip, quite dense, certain depth, very good, sweet-tart, again slightly covered, but also juicy finish with bite.
