2018 Hattenheim Schützenhaus Riesling Brut Nature VDP.Erste Lage, Rheingau, Germany

Firm and deep, slightly yeasty, smoky and delicately nutty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of black berries as well as floral and tobacco nuances. Brilliantly pure-toned, fine, tart, cool and polished fruit, very fine, delicately creamy mousseux, fine acidity and some grip, dense and persistent on the palate, extremely elegant, also noble style, again very slightly black berry in the background, hints of butter, herbal nuances, some salt, still young, good depth, very good, firm, fine-juicy finish with pull and grip. First class.
