Translate to English Fester, kräuteriger, mineralischer und etwas speckiger, auch zart pfeffriger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen und noch hefigen Aromen sowie eher heller Mineralik und Hülsenfrüchten. Reife, saftige und schmelzige Frucht mit viel Hefe, nussigen Aromen und auch vegetabilen Anklängen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, ins Salzige gehende, auch etwas erdige Mineralik, erneut auch weißer Pfeffer, nachhaltig und griffig von reifem Gerbstoff, etwas getrockneter Koriander, hat Kraft und Substanz, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, herb-saftiger, an Aprikosen erinnernder und nussiger Abgang mit Griff.
