2001 Hattenheim Wisselbrunnen Riesling Auslese, Rheingau, Germany

Mineral notes, apples and peaches with delicate herbal and wax notes. Elegantly juicy, sweet fruit, with minerals, herbs and spices, lively and well integrated acidity, delicate notes of honey, herbs and spices on the palate, quite persistent, good length. Needs time.
