Yellow green with fine mousse. Very attractive aroma of citrus fruits, apples and some peach, with notes of spices, minerals and delicate blackcurrant. Elegantly juicy fruit, herbs and spices, very fine mousse, mineral notes on the palate, good persistence, finish with citrus fruit notes.
