Quite cool, somewhat herbal, almondy, a little floral-perfumed and hinted at bacon aroma of bright yellow fruits with a hint of pepper. Straightforward, quite tightly knit, delicately sweet fruit with a hint of anise and caraway, very fine acidity, some ripe tannin, good persistence, grapefruit, melon and mint in the background, somewhat perfumed type, salty and earthy tones, very good, again slightly peppery finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
