Tart and firm, clearly nutty, yeasty, also planty and slightly bready aroma with yellow-fruity, slightly floral, tart planty and hints of yellow-spicy aromas. Yeasty, bready and nutty also in the mouth, melting, almost a little warm, with air increasingly juicy fruit, fine acidity and noticeable grip, buttery tones on the palate, good persistence, quite dry style, distinct minerality, a little smoke and salt lemon, very good, firm, tart finish.
