Relatively cool, firm, herbaceous and somewhat almondy aroma of ripe yellow fruits with slightly mushroomy hints and a hint of wood. Ripe, juicy fruit with melting but also grip, a hint of red berries, very fine acidity, relatively present, yet again extremely fine tannin, good persistence and depth, menthol and candied limes in the background, peppery nuances, salty minerality, very good to long, animating and grippy finish with bite
