A somewhat smoky, almondy, and vegetable to dried herbaceous nose with bright yellow fruits and a hint of fine root vegetables, a little yeast, as well as a trace of lychee and roses. Rather bright, quite firm, slightly sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of wax, red berries, and nutmeg, delicate grip, some persistence, very slightly floral-perfumed in the background, good persistence, chalky and salty tones, still undeveloped, very good finish with a certain warmth and delicate varietal bitterness.
