Clear, polished, nutty and still delicately yeasty, very pure citrus-pomaceous fruit nose with fine vegetal to herbaceous nuances. Slender and rather cool, finely juicy, youthful fruit, very fine acidity, light nutty and hints of yeasty notes, good persistence, some salt and chalky nuances in the background, a hint of smoke, good to very good, finely juicy finish. Animating.
