Firm, somewhat nutty, bacony and dried herbaceous nose, yellow fruit with delicate vegetable aromas and a hint of smoke, surimi and a hint of rice leaf. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, some roasted wood notes and nuances reminiscent of scallops, fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, chalky minerality, very good, slightly fennel-like finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
