Firm, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and slightly mushroomy nose with pomaceous and stone fruit notes and a hint of crab meat and lardo. Clear, rather warm fruit with some sweetish melting, light wood flavours and a hint of peach, lively acidity, has some grip, good persistence, salty minerality, hints of mussel shells, fennel and crab meat again, has power, very good, slightly fruity finish with bite
