2021 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Tradition", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, restrained, fine-vegetable nose with polished green, white and yellow fruit aromas, floral nuances, a hint of dark berries and some minerality. Fine-juicy, again polished, rather bright fruit with delicately nutty, yeasty aromas, fine vegetal notes, a touch of pepper and chalky, salty mineral tones, delicately black berry in the background, almondy nuances, very good, fine-juicy finish with vegetal, peppery and again also mineral notes. Skilful.
