Firm and deep, complex, somewhat nutty, yellow-spicy, mushroomy and hints of bacon dried fruit nose with tobacco and some honey. Ripe, concentrated, very sweet fruit with vanilla, sponge cake, a hint of nut butter and caramel, fine acidity, has grip, dense and persistent, good depth, hints of Provence herbs and cassis, hibiscus flowers and Havana tobacco in the background, certain fermentation tones, salty minerality, very good to long, again concentrated finish.
