Youthful, delicately tart nose, hint of floral notes, partly preserved mixed berries and cherries, herbaceous and vegetal notes. Fresh, cool, finely juicy fruit, some acid bite and youthful but rather moderate, fine tannins, herbal traces, citrus zest and salt in the background, nutty notes, a certain persistence, hints of smoke, fresh, very lively style, mineral nuances in the background, very good finish with bite, animating juice and fine spice. Makes you happy.
