Fresh, slightly yeasty aroma of rhubarb, citrus fruits, and wild strawberries with floral and very subtle smoky notes as well as a hint of mushrooms. Firmly structured, tart, juicy fruit, a bit of acidity and fine, almost creamy mousse, some grip, good persistence, again wild strawberries and mushrooms, very slightly meaty nuances in the background, clear varietal character, nutty, herbal, smoky, and salty tones, not eternally deep, but very carefully made, very good, firm finish.
