Citrus-pome fruit nose with herbaceous-vegetable, somewhat yeasty, mushroomy and delicately floral aromas. Not completely dry fruit with yeasty, slightly nutty and dried-vegetable aromas, somewhat waxy and petrol-like on the palate, relatively fine mousseux, some tannin, a hint of dark berries, floral nuances, not eternally deep, good, slightly muted finish
