Somewhat tart, planty and slightly yeasty citrus aroma with apple and earthy tones. Slightly developed, a little dried-vegetable citrus fruit in the mouth, apple notes again, medium-fine mousseux, earthy and smoky tones on the palate, some persistence, not too deep, very slightly brittle, decent to good finish.
