Translate to English Klarer, hefiger Duft mit Kernobstaromen und zart vegetabilen Anklängen. Geradlinige, völlig trockene Frucht im Mund, wieder deutlich hefige Würze, feines, lebendiges Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Anklänge und ein Hauch Karamell, etwas Schmelz, leicht cremige Art, guter Abgang. Hält sich ganz ausgezeichnet.

Leicht herbe Frucht nach eingemachten Mostäpfeln, etwas erdige und pflanzlichen Noten, leicht süßlich-säuerlich, passendes Mousseux, hat gewisse Substanz, ganz leicht trocknend im ordentlichen Abgang.
