Reintönig und feinfruchtig im Mund, zart hefige und pflanzliche Würze, sehr feines Mousseux, zart nussige Töne am Gaumen, etwas Schmelz, im Hintergrund Mineralik, leichter Biss, sehr harmonisch, ausgesprochen nachhaltig, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
