Relatively cool, somewhat resinous-herbal, nutty and delicately floral aroma of partly candied yellow fruit with a hint of fine root vegetables. Concentrated, juicy, very sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of blackcurrants and mint, lively, yet fine acidity, has a grip of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, some depth, chalky minerality, hints of honey and salted caramel, very good to long, juicy finish with tension.
