Quite firm, somewhat fresh-herbal, almondy and a hint of smoky pome and stone fruit aroma with a hint of fine root vegetables. Polished, finely juicy, very sweet fruit with a hint of honey and sage, lively yet fine acidity, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, certain depth, salty minerality, hints of seaweed and preserved apricots, very good, again juicy and sweet finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2035+. What our ratings mean
