2021 Erden Prälat Riesling Beerenauslese, Mosel, Germany

Firm, tart-vegetable, slightly earthy, mushroomy and herbaceous scent with aromas of partly dried yellow fruits. Very sweet, partly candied, partly dried fruit, again tart herbal spiciness, some camphor, mushroomy nuances in the background, a hint of dark berries, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, somewhat bittersweet on the finish.
