2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Kaiseregg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart nose, cool vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, restrained fruit, more green than yellow fruit. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy cool fruit on the palate, very elegant vegetal and fresh herbaceous aromas, light yeasty notes, playful acidity, persistent, delicate floral traces and a hint of red berries, light grip, still young, elegant style, some depth, very well balanced, peppery traces and some elderflower, very good elegant, juicy, spicy finish.
