Yeasty nose, some light nutty and elegant vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, light floral notes, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, dry, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and light nutty aromas, very elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, excellent substance, still youthful, fresh and compact, has some depth, salty mineral notes, floral traces, hint of candied nuts, very good finish. This can still mature further, and will probably last much longer than originally anticipated.

Editor note: Translate to English Recht fester, fein-vegetabiler und nussiger bis leicht holziger Duft mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen, floralen Spuren, einem Hauch Tabak und erdiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Reife, schmelzige, eher weiche Frucht mit nussiger und zart rauchiger Holzwürze, etwas Tabak am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, wieder erdige Mineralik im Hintergrund, getrocknet-florale Spuren, harmonisch, in sich ruhend, sehr guter Abgang mit weichem Stoff, Saft und feiner Würze.
