Yeasty and somewhat nutty aroma of pome and stone fruit, dried lemons, sage, a touch of allspice and dried flowers with yellow spice. Juicy, ripe yellow fruit with fine acidity and lots of grip from fine tannin, again some yellow spice and allspice on the palate, floral nuances, lots of salt, some brown butter and dried flowers again, lasting, some power, some depth, very good, juicy and spicy finish, again with grip.
