Cool, slightly tart nose, yeasty and vegetal notes, pomaceous and citrus fruit. Light-bodied, bone dry fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal and prominent yeasty notes, lively acidity, some grip and persistence, light earthy and mineral notes, good to very good tart, fairly firm finish. Needs some time to develop.
