Firm nose, still slightly restless, herbaceous and yeasty notes, light yellow fruit, light nutty as well as chalky mineral traces. Light-bodied, tart, restrained fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, vegetal notes, still has prominent yeasty notes, hint of almonds, salty and chalky notes in the background, fairly persistent, good tart finish.
