Light nutty and partly dried vegetal notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, floral traces, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, tranquil, tart fruit on the palate, nutty and delicate floral aromas, elegant acidity, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon, good finish.
